Consummate Professional – How would one describe the meaning of this phrase ?

I would say one name: John Young

When we started the process of looking for an apartment, we wanted someone who was local and had experience in neighborhood dealings. John fit these criteria. We, also, wanted someone who could be a buffer dealing with the various entities involved in the vetting and purchase of a co-op. John fit this criteria, also. Co-op boards and management companies are notoriously stringent in their requirements for purchase. Having John deal with these entities and streamline the process was of great comfort to us. Throughout the entire process, John was the voice of stability and reason. Many Realtors are about the payoff at the closing and you never hear from them again. The current economic scenario will weed out these one shot wonders and the cream will rise to the top, so to speak. And right there at the top will be John Young! We would not hesitate for a moment to recommend John to anyone interested in purchasing/renting a home or apartment.
