I just read the analysis from Zillow. They're reporting Brooklyn's holding its own compared to surrounding areas. There is an interactive map that indicates by color each major area: borough, county, etc. and as you roll your cursor over it a window appears with region-specific info. Info to help both buyers and sellers with, oftentimes, their largest investment.
It's been said, "Everybody came from Brooklyn" now I believe "Everybody wants to come from Brooklyn."
